1:1 Personal Training

Personalized DIY workout programs can be created for the group or individual to do on their own time OR you can work with Christina in-person or virtually on a weekly, bi-weekly, or triple session plan.  Workout sessions range from 30 – 60min depending on client lifestyles, needs, and desired goals. Programs can include strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility.

$75/ 60 min assessment

$55/ 60min virtual session       $75/60min in-person session

$35/ 30min virtual session       $50/30min in-person session

$100 per DIY workout program with option for weekly check-ins
