MEET CHRISTINA

Having gone through ups and downs myself and trying to discover a healthy balance between motherhood, healthy nutrition, fitness, work, a genetic chronic disease (PKD), and just overall life I decided to get educated. Through that process I discovered a passion for helping others find their health and wellness, because there is no “one size fits all.”  I love teaching fitness classes that others can do from home or in a group setting, because that is how I got started, but I equally enjoy working one-on-one with others where together we create a program that suits their individual need and lifestyle.  This isn’t me telling you what to do, as much as it is us, working together as a team, to find the space you can balance in for years to come.

MEET CLAUDINE

I used to hate yoga, I was an athlete who played sports and enjoyed the physicality of it… fast forward several years to me at a cafe telling some new friends that yoga is my sanity. I am no longer playing soccer on a team, but as I get older, I see even more how important yoga has become for me; not just physically, but even more so emotionally and spiritually. As an American living in Berlin, a wife, mother, preschool/kita teacher, friend, and certified level three Forrest Yoga teacher, life can get pretty crazy. I get on my mat and breathe for me. To connect and feel. To simply be, or to set an intent. To pray and listen. This is my grounding. This is me caring for myself, so that I then have the capacity to care for those around me. This is my sanity, my sacred space, and I am excited to share this space with you!

On Demand Classes

Our on-demand classes range from yoga to HIIT and vary in length (15-60 min).  Classes are designed for all fitness levels and contain ways to modify or uplevel.

1:1 Personal Training

Need assistance and accountability in reaching your fitness goals? Work with Christina 1:1 either virtually or in-person to create a workout plan.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching

Together we work to create slow, gradual, and consistent daily habit change that includes healthy nutrition, sleep, stress management, and more.

Corporate Programs

Interested in helping colleagues become the healthiest versions of themselves.  Here we work with groups to create a fun space to inspire healthier lifestyles.
