On Demand Classes

Sometimes you just need to move on your own time, in your own way!  Our pre-recorded, on-demand classes offer a wide range of classes from short to long and more still to cardiovascular.  You can do these classes anywhere as long as you have a connection.  Just select and press play!  (Shorter classes start at a $7 rental, longer classes are $12)

If you are short on time checkout these shorter classes that still get you moving. Includes various yoga, Piyo, cardio, and strength classes.

60 minute movement

If you have a little more time, discover one of these classes that range from 45 - 60 minutes. Includes various yoga, Piyo, SOULfusion and more.

75 minute movement

Forrest Yoga the way it was intended. Moving with gradual intensity and purpose. Ranging from 75 - 90 minutes these classes have added benefits.

Move with Me Series

A blend of short 30 min or less classes ranging from HIIT, strength, yoga, breathing, flexibility, recovery, and core/balance classes.
